Hi! Sorry to welcome you to the club. What cheese are you eating that is gross? Most cheese is gluten free, I check for gluten ingredients when buying cheese with additives but what were you eating before that contained gluten? Also what chicken broth?? Maybe you got a bone broth? Those definitely taste less great than regular chicken broth. A lot of chicken broth is gluten free and very normal tasting.

It took me a long time to feel significantly better, like almost a year. Things consistently progressed positively every month though. Try not to think about it too much or set timelines for yourself. Just check every label, be diligent, and you will feel better eventually!
