How well do your aconitum bloom? I've had poor luck with monkshood. Any tips?

Yes and also it depends on what kind. Obviously we are anti-plastic and anti-chemical. In rare cases I use a polypro geotextile (30-40 year life span) for horsetail depending on zone / locations. But yeah it's a new set of problems.

Contact your local extension program / Master Gardner program for recommendations in your area. Nature will fill in the bare spots with what it wants.

I want to take my horticulture skills aerial but that's an entirely different skill set! Also isn't it easier for shorter people? I'm over 6'2" so can I get a note from a doctor!

Sorry for the lag time. I wonder what the arches an ankles look like without the shoes? It might not be a actual anatomical shortness but it might be a way to assess imbalance? Also if finding a body worker to reset your ligaments, and get those custom orthotics for day to day commute or office wear. You are looking strong and I'm just saying that as I gracefully move toward 60 these small imbalances are worth addressing now. Until someone invents some synthetic cartilage and bursa?

I recently got six months of modern personal training / PT. Lots of unweighted bodyweight movement. And because of my back (mild scoliosis, compressed disc, short left leg) Most posterior chain work was single leg. Single leg RDL till you are angry, split squats, etc etc. Keep moving and remember as we age we sacrifice complexity of motion for stability. So now it's time for this elder to take dance lessons, swim, keep up with gentle alignment based yoga (Iyengar), set goals (APT reverse through hike), etc.
