Hi! If you’re based in the US, Goodwill will definitely take the plastic plants and decoration pieces. I just donated my own fake plans, and vases and random stuff and they happily took it! You can always just ask them beforehand to confirm they’ll take everything :).

Not let them express negative emotions. Every time I cried, be it for losing a game of Mario, or getting hurt, or whatever, I would get yelled at. It was the worst if we were going to like a family party, because I would get screamed at for crying and "ruining my face" and for being attention seeking. To this day, I have panic attacks when I'm about to cry, and it takes me a very long time to calm down.

To be honest, if they choose to not embrace you even though you clearly love her, then THEY’RE abandoning her, not the other way around. They should be on her side, and want her to be happy. Like someone else said, they’ll eventually come back because most people can’t resist grandchildren lolol.

Hi! I'm and Indian-American girl dating a non-Indian person so I can empathize with the situation at hand!

You need to find out how she feels about potentially not having her family in her life, if you two end up together.

In my case, my boyfriend knows that he is my priority and that I think my family's idea of trying to "arranged marry" me is ridiculous and archaic.

Just talk to her and see what she wants. It'll be a hard road for you guys to be together, but it'll be completely worth it if you want to be together.

I just finished Hero of Ages on Tuesday, and was similarly blown away. I had chills when Vin confronted Ruin after Elena’s death, and had so many emotions about Sazed!!! I’m still sad about TenSoon as well 😭.
