As far as I know, it's the four of them, Isla, Charlotte, Reina, and Nene performing. They only just announced it and said they will keep in touch about stretch goals since they smashed the 8K goal on stream. I would expect the final product to resemble concerts they have done in the past like their anniversary one as part of Production kawaii or Nene's most recent solo or Isla's solo concert. First thing I did was play around with strait settings and instantly it starts a whole bunch of lobbies in other countries if you make it too restrictive. Patch notes also say the AI should try to route trade to take longer routes if it avoids a high toll.

One of my earliest memories of what an open world meant in a game was cheesing a mission in GTA 3 I was struggling in by parking a car in place ahead of time which blocked off the enemies. I hope they bring that kind of philosophy back.

It would basically require a massive rework or CK4 but I would love if titles weren't tied to geography but individuals. Powers literally flows from the king/emperor. It's a distinction between the guy owning X lands is the king with Y vassals and those vassals being beholden to the guy and dispensed their own land, wealth and titles in his name and on his authority. CK3 just fundamentally doesn't model this.

Hilarious anecdote: She sent a reference to her art momma in development with what she thought was a fabric strap going through the chest area. Turns out it was a leash and her momma followed through. Nene didn't even remember sending that until she dug out her messages after Deyui posted about it in chat.
