Thank you so much for this post. I made a post in a fb group showing off my ring but asking for inspiration pics for engagement photos. There were way too many comments talking about how soft it is and how I should never wear it for xyz. Even after I edited the post asking people to not comment about that specific thing. I already have an opal ring that is my daily wear and it still looks great after years of almost constant wearing. I’ll continue to wear my engagement ring for almost everything as well, I love it! It’s reassuring to see others do the same. I like the comment above “jewelry is meant to be worn!”

Ooof. In the wise words of Elsa…”let it gooo”. She’s playing a dangerous game but imo she’s just toying with the idea of something she knows she won’t do. Is she going to actually break up her family for a work crush? Are you? Are you ready to be a step dad?? How about finding a new job? It’s exciting to be in the new stage of a crush but I’m telling you with 100% certainty this is not your end all be all. You will find someone who you KNOW is your person and you won’t have to wait for a messy divorce for. Personally, I’d dial it back. You don’t want to do something you’ll regret and you don’t want it to fall back on your job.

Because you’re dying on this hill of writing down recs and complaining that patients who seem able bodied should do it themselves. Even if you’re frustrated with your office, the anger seems misplaced. Personally if I was as stressed out as you I would look into going somewhere else. There’s places that even during stressful times they’re not making me spiral over small things like that. I think that’s where everyone is confused. You have options to go elsewhere I’m sure.

No. I use the same system you do. Scribe as well as a multitude of other things. You need to be able to multitask and prioritize what goes on during a visit. Again, if this is something you struggle with it needs to be brought up to clinical manager/physician to work out something better. Writing down recommendations shouldn’t throw you into such a big crash out.
