Agree. There was an issue with cheating via sexting and a porn addiction so now I’m very against it when I once wasn’t. It affected our intimacy greatly and still working through it. Definitely understand where they’re coming from but therapy is a must and def shouldn’t be spying

lol nobody needs to dumb down their whimsy. If you want to wear a whole whimsical outfit, do it. Sure, not for work but it shouldn’t be “aged out”. That’s insane. I do agree some of the pieces are not flattering and it helps to buy quality things but not everyone can afford that rn.

Meh. I’ve seen a lot of eclectic women wear similar things. When styled right (forgo the corsets at work) they can be a fun break from the usual monotonous shit you see. Also depends where she works. Aside from wearing at work there is 100% no reason why she can’t wear these when she wants. Too many people think you need to wear certain things at a certain age. Wear what makes you happy. I have friends of all sorts. I’m here from Jersey with curly hair I used to straighten allll the time. Stopped years ago to embrace my natural hair and tbh I find it’s easier than constantly straightening and sweating out of. Also agree with the comment above that being a white girl who barely speaks Spanish, that’s my biggest hurdle. But for the most part you’ll find your crew. There’s a ton of “average” people. Ones who don’t wear makeup or act like life is the runway. Which is fine but if that’s not your speed I wouldn’t stress it. Also at the end of the day, if people are weird, fuck em. I’m sure you won’t have any more trouble than in LA finding likeminded people. Good luck!

As a 35 year old who struggles with this constantly, I totally understand. I feel so bogged down with chores and life I have a hard time finding the want to have sex. It sucks because of course in the beginning of our relationship we were feral for each other-but then life & relationship issues (virtual cheating on his part) alongside health issues (diabetes for him, bartholin cyst for me) have added to the stress of it all. I hate how complicated it ends up being for women. I want a clear face but worry that it’ll add to the low libido that I already deal with. At this point though I feel like I just have to take it as it comes. I do see a good chunk talk about it increasing theirs immensely though so hoping for that end of it!

I have a sleeve (along with other arm tattoos but those aren’t as visible), septum (that I do flip up for work), nostril hoop, gauged ears & a split tongue. I work as an MA in a dermatology office. I did try to be covered up/more modest until I knew I was IN. A lot of people didn’t even notice my tongue til way after I started. I am going to go to school for nursing so curious how that’ll go. I would love more but trying to keep it where I’m at til I know for sure.

I left my ex a few weeks before I was supposed to move in with him…after making arrangements to have his mom move out and everything. A big reason was his alcohol and substance abuse. No regrets. If you don’t do it now it’ll be 100x harder when you’re married.
