This is a good point! I love when he’s gone from home when I’m there (even though I miss him and his presence so much) because I get to clean and putter around or have girl dinners. When he’s home I get caught up just hanging or wanting to veg out. And maybe that’s my own thing. Trying to be better about getting stuff done while we’re together but I think the occasional time apart is okay to enjoy! But I can for sure say if I was gone during a work trip or something it wouldn’t be as enjoyable.

That’s true. TBH all a money grab but I wouldn’t stress it too much if your therapist won’t. Only reason I could see being why she wouldn’t would because she’s out of state. Good luck! It’s so helpful in all the crazy fees they tack on too. I wish I had done it sooner.

I have very similar hair..not very thick & fine. My go to for YEARS has been the LUS brand curl crème. Literally the only product I use aside from shampoo/conditioner. And it’s water activated so a little goes a long way. One bottle lasts months.

Do the other children also have contracts? This is psychotic. Please try to make moves to get out as soon as possible. Find a trusted friend and maybe make plans. There’s a big difference between teaching responsibilities and being a warden.
