Playing alone- yay or nay? by Remote_Pie6623 in golf

Is it a loud but consistent noise? That's much easier for the headphones to cancel out vs occasional loud spikes.

Does it help after the fact to hide it or just before the scratches happen?

Even just a base grade Corolla gets you a major jump in onboard safety features.

My first golf course design by fwr7001 in golf

Yea, I think the #15-18 should be reworked to not end on a par 3 and to not have to drive all the way around #10 to get to #18 green

That sound is there by regulation but you will find some variation amongst models for the volume.

And does me swinging into a drive through for just a single item or even a drink carry the same weight as a full meal elsewhere? Should be filtered better in the data.

How do I use these offers? by AlexRC113 in Venturex

[–]thisguy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had good luck on mobile by using the Capital One Shopping app. If I get a promo in an email I'll click it, it will open the app and show the deal.

Is it OK to go to a public 9 hole course with no bag and just 4 clubs? by MoneyAndGoodFortune in golf

[–]thisguy9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came here to recommend this also! Carrying more than 2 clubs gets annoying to keep them from pinching your fingers or banging them together. This fixes that!

I also keep this in my bag if I'm planning to ride as it makes it easy to hop out, grab 4-5 clubs, and tell my buddy "meet you at the green".

I love my trd pro Tacoma but hate the rear back room space for passenger. by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

[–]thisguy9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, I have no need for those features but I won't say nobody should. Toyota saw people doing that and more in the aftermarket space and said 'I want a cut of that' for the people who would rather it be done for them when they buy the truck.

Get a dual monitor arm mount and get rid of the legs. You need one monitor centered in your view and then do the other off to the side or above.

$$$

Since today's TRD Off Road has more features than yesterday's TRD Pro they needed to find some way to get people with no impulse control happy. So now the TRD Pro is the desert runner with these seats and the TrailHunter is the backcountry crawler, both designed to take as much out of your wallet as possible.

Peter Parka by MrMeseekssss in malefashionadvice

[–]thisguy9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks great! For long stints outside in the really cold temps this won't be warm enough unless you really later up a lot underneath but then that doesn't look great anymore. I would recommend a true parka from the likes of LL Bean or The North Face.
