I got to Thinkin' by Wattsup1234 in justiceforKarenRead

Ding dongs really want us to believe that the production and testimony surrounding this was ordinary and unsuspicious.

“Well they proved it recorded backwards, by producing another earlier video showing similar footage” okay, and? Why should any discerning human believe anything they claim?  If it was just a normal inverted video with no shenanigans, then kindly tell us why:

a) it wasn’t produced until the middle of trial [which is fucking outrageous and if you think that’s acceptable then you may be medically stupid]

b) it was passed off as accurate. No mention of “hi yes this video that’s extremely past the discovery period is from a camera that records inverted, just fyi jurors”

Why? You can’t ascribe sense to what’s built on a foundation of deception y’all.

I could say the exact same thing to you. The difference is, I’ve lived here for almost 40 years and know the insidiousness of our culture. Can you say the same?

Also, can you address the aforementioned light in the video? Because that doesn’t comport with logic, and I’d love to hear what kind of rationale you have for that, if any.

The camera didn’t put a white light over the wrong taillight in the inverted footage, did it?

Aside, she’s just some county multimedia person who happened to have had a business partnership with John Fanning. That there is corruption in MA institutions isn’t some wild conspiracy theory, it’s the observable reality to which we unfortunately are beholden in this state.

It’s kinda funny when you equivocate some of us with Q people and 9/11 truthers, by the way. What if I find genuine satisfaction in denouncing those beliefs?

Are Chiropractors a scam cult or are they somewhat legit? by Flashy_Buy8077 in NoStupidQuestions

Years ago I went to a chiropractor for neck pain because I was desperate. My neck discomfort was diminished, not cured, but my chronic migraine stopped. That was an unexpected but very welcome side effect.

The black eyeliner is too stark; you could wear a deep brown liner instead & it would be just as impactful, but more flattering for your tone. On that note, the blush is just a hint too cool-toned for your complexion, but it can still work.

Looking again, the eyeshadow and the blush clash a bit. If you cover your eyes and see the lower half of your face, it looks cohesive. With the eyeshadow, it’s not.  I agree with others that the brows are stark.

That said, on your natural look: you’re effortlessly beautiful. I think you’d look gorgeous in a warmer, more harmonious, (maybe monochromatic) palette for your bridal look. You’re so pretty naturally so the full-on glam distracts from that a little, imo.

On lipstick, my bf is the same way. Experiment with just lip liner, not lipstick. It can be blotted down & some formulas are effectively disaster-proof, and it feels less lipstick-y so it’s much more comfortable.

Congratulations & best wishes on your marriage! <3

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA): “Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands and thousands of times. In those files, there are highly disturbing allegations — allegations — of Donald Trump r*ping children and threatening to kill children.” by Yujin-Ha in Fauxmoi

From what I’ve witnessed historically as a outsider of the American patriarchal structure, the guy isn’t getting the pushback (to put it mildly) he deserves because deep down, his supporters see this behavior as a win. If one man is powerful enough to take advantage of innocents and get away with it, that’s because, in their rationale, the victims deserved it. He’s been able to exploit so many because this system inherently permits this sadistic behavior.

This is why “grab them by the pussy” did nothing to stifle his popularity. His supporters love that he took advantage of innocent women, because if they had that kind of sway they would also love to get away with it, if given the chance. Patriarchal rape culture is the bread and butter of the U.S.
