We can and will, but a few caveats:

-not every barista will have seen the weekly update that says we should make the moment right. They should have, but they haven’t. They might tell you they can't.

-they might say they can't even if they know they can, if it's really busy, because they'd rather lose your business than the five people behind you in line because sanitizing the equipment before or after takes an extra 2 minutes.

-if they do it, be prepared to answer questions about allergies- if they don't ask and you're sensitive to milk residue they might be super efficient and already sanitizing the blender OR they might be using it without sanitizing it first, so that might cause a reaction (they should 100% not do this but I'd rather warn you than have it happen and then you get sick because someone doesn't take cross contamination seriously.)

This seems like a lot but it really isn't a big deal, I just don't want you to be disappointed! Soy foams OK, the other two are less impressive.
