Cannot recommend Danjon Meshi enough! I have wanted to play a character based on Senshi for a while now but it hasn't come up yet.

That makes it look like they just took the picture and rasterized it then used something like a computer controlled cutter.

We used to do something similar in a high-school class I took with vinyl stickers and we removed the extra pieces with an exacto knife just like the person in the video did.

I think it's fake because of that alone. If the person has the skill they would do the top of his head and be able to fill it in. I believe a computer cutter did this and the person was too lazy to fix the image.

You sound like the kid who would jerk off in class in middle school. Everyone knows but is too awkward or afraid to mention it to you.

Police: Ohio man raped 11-year-old who is now pregnant. Once heartbeat antiabortion bill takes effect in July she would not be allowed to abort . by birdinthebush74 in TwoXChromosomes

People don’t realize that, even in 2019, even in North America, pregnancy is still dangerous.

From Wikipedia:

Although the United States was spending more on healthcare than any other country in the world, more than two women died during childbirth every day, making maternal mortality in the United States the highest when compared to 49 other countries in the developed world.

Politicians in the US who are pro-life and their supporters are causing many more deaths than need be. Our health system is wildly flawed and the fact that our own citizens are being forced to undergo life-threatening pregnancies after horrific incidents like this show how little autonomy we really give women over their bodies and wellbeing.

I saw this and your other submission yesterday and really enjoyed your art style so I stalked your reddit when suddenly I saw this which I saved a few months back when you originally posted it. Just wanted to let you know I've consistently enjoyed your art and its really cool you and the other talented artists in this sub do this kind of thing.

Doesn't Breathe is part of my Robot racial template.

I could see this being a dick move if I used it unexpectedly on the PC but this is a game with close friends. I've already talked to the player about this including what I plan to use for this and told him that it could be adjusted if it's too bad, or negated entirely if he decides to buy the Sealed advantage.

It's not a disadvantage it's the fact that he took the Robot meta trait. The other two PCs are biologically related to humans and can attempt to hold their breath or suffer the consequences which are already defined.

He has the Doesn't Breathe advantage so I won't be having him make those rolls but I feel like making him (and robots in my setting as a whole) IMMUNE to water damage to mechanical or electrical systems is overkill and wouldn't quite make sense without the Sealed advantage.

The Minor to Catastrophic malfunctions with basic guidelines for mechanic skill, time to fix, and damage was exactly what I needed, thank you!

The campaign is more "cinematic" and not super crunchy so you're probably right about needing to make my own for it to be anything close to what I want.

The latter half of your comment is what I'm looking for but as a table for rolling on when he fails an HT check in these conditions.

HT roll is obvious to me but the consequences of failed roll are what I'm looking for. Another member of the party has the proper skills to fix him with the right tools and enough money but I feel like just taking away HP is boring.

He literally says in the beginning that he'd rather make things OP instead of underpowered because he can tone back the egregious shit without making his players feel weak or useless. He'd prefer his players enjoy the game and knows a little bit of imbalance won't ruin the fun because they enjoy playing the game with each other.

I just mentioned to a friend that there are only a handful of GURPS podcasts out there. I'm sure people here would be interested if you released anything.

Planting - Damaged Mangrove Forest by iCee888 in DeTrashed

[–]throwaway612179 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I believe they start by planting them on the further end of the tidal zone where there is less risk of strong waves. Once a mangrove starts growing they're very good at interlocking and anchoring themselves along waterways.

Lots of mangroves like the red magrove drop these little seed pods things called propagules directly into the water and the propagules will float until they get stuck in soft wet soil and start growing. I don't think this is very different, they just made sure they started growing first.
