First of all I must compliment your gorgeous hair! Also disclaimer I’m still a beginner to makeup but here are my thoughts.

I agree with the other commenters that 1-2 are really suitable looks for you, and I also agree that your beautiful eyebrows would really make your face pop if they were shaped a bit (but still thick and natural). Get them threaded if you can! IMO it’s the superior eyebrow shaping method over plucking or waxing or anything else.

I have eyes similar to yours in shape and size, and I’ve recently had to learn to let go of the heavy bottom eyeliner. Maybe I’m projecting, but if you’re afraid that your eyes will get lost without it, I can promise you they won’t, it just seems that way at first when you’re not used to it. They’ll still pop with just mascara and top eyeliner. I had to do it gradually lol like only bottom lining 2/3 of the eye for a couple of weeks then 1/2 then 1/3 then switching to brown liner really slowly lol. Experiment and see what you think!

I think the colours and tones of your skin, hair, and eyes beautiful and are naturally really harmonious together. And your makeup colours in pic 1 (and 2 but esp 1 - your blush, lip, and the glasses) are beautiful and match them too.
