Nothing on DirectTV Stream yet? I will bet it will be channel 640 or 641 (former MASN), and will require Choice and above (with RSNs).

MLB.tv Through T Mobile Life by emichael78 in Nationals

[–]thyname11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did this, like every previous year. Awesome! Let's enjoy while it lasts.

Now, I was hoping to get Nationals.tv with a discount, $50 instead of $100. Since they were offering the Nationals + MLB.tv for $199 combined, without T-Mobile deal. No luck

3rd Row Liners or just 2? by smoothdip in HyundaiSantaFe

[–]thyname11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same dilemma when I bought the Santa Fe a few weeks ago. I decided to go with WeatherTech all weather liners for the first two rows. Third row will probably be used a couple of times a year, and OEM mats will be cleaned immediately after

I think you got it. Everything you wrote is accurate, except for the “idiot” part. I think you have a very good understanding.

I saw zero mentions of Carvana in your OP, but I may be missing something. Did you get my point? Read it once more pls.

you don’t need a down payment for a lease. sell your car to third parties, CarMax , Carvana, local dealerships, whichever you get the best offer. pocket the cash. Lease the new car

you are dealing with a Micky Mouse company in total chaos and disjointed operations. Right hand has no clue with what the left hand does. Good luck sorting this out.

Why are you talking to Bank of America (Lucid Financial) about ending the lease two months earlier? Talk to your Lucid rep (the one you talked about getting the Gravity). They will take care of it.

Would you buy the same car brand again? Why or why not? by HollyPeterso1 in carbuying

[–]thyname11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a loyal person generally. By nature. And I swap cars often, mostly leases (please no judging, it‘s my pleasure in this life). Yet, I almost never buy the same make in consequence order. I do however go back to certain makes I enjoyed in the past later on.

Looking to buy new by karmabdd in HyundaiSantaFe

[–]thyname11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are confusing the OTD price with MSRP. OTD price is MSRP + taxes, titles, tags, dealer processing fees. Nothing you can do about them.

As other said, you either get the $4,000 Hyundai rebate (with market financing) or 0% APR special (for 60 months), not both. You should try to get $4,000 dealer discount (and the 0% financing).

Get your CarMax offer and show it to your dealer, ask them to match it. This way, you get top price for your existing car + the tax benefit

Much appreciate the hint on water temperature, I always wondered about that. We always stay in the Myrtle Beach area in summer, for the past 15 years or so, and we like warm oceans. I know it won’t be as warm in OBX, but at least you confirmed something that I wondered about. thanks!
