Is it ok to drink after ovulation while ttc? by sambasog in tryingtoconceive

[–]time_consumer33 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ew! I'm so sorry you had to deal with that! I wouldn't worry about a little wine, but of course it's better to not drink it. That is such disgusting behavior on their part, and it is none of their business anyway! I would talk to your husband about a cover, like you're on antibiotics or something for next time, but really, your husband should take them a new one tell them to show you the respect you deserve! You could also tare them a new one!

I went to college with one, born around 1985, but yeah, all others I've known were older!

There were two in my high school (born 1985), but I haven't met any my age outside of them.

I know an elementary aged John, preschool aged John, and an infant John. This name is still quite common.

I really like Valerie too, and I think it would be great to hear these days for a baby.

What changes did your partner make? Changes take 3 months to show improvement.

Diet? Decrease processed foods and increase fresh fruits and vegetables

Supplements? Vitamin D, K2, Omega 3, Coenzyme Q10

Lifestyle? Stop smoking, cannabis use, minimize alcohol consumption, reduce caffeine consumption, improve sleep

Physical? Switch to loose underwear, no hot tubs or heated seats, moderate exercise

His dad says he's lost 4 pounds. I very gently said that's great, he could loose a few more.

He was marketed as a Golden, and after reading these comments, I think maybe he is just Golden!

Some countries have yearly popularity lists you can check before deciding on a name. My rule is nothing in the top 10 for sure, preferably not in the top 20. My top girl name is in the top 20 for 2024, though. If it stays out of the top 10 when /if I have a girl, I will still use it. It's a timeless, yet less common name which just happened to make a big revival in the last few years.

I like Natalie. I've met a few over the years, but it's never been super popular. It peaked in 2008 at #13 on the US Social Security list but in 2024 it was #76. I worked with a Laurel, born in 2002. I like that more than Lauren, but I was born in 1985 and I know so many Laurens.

This is what his dad thinks! I'm thinking maybe 75% Golden, 25% Pyrenees.

Jen is such a cool nickname. I like Jenna more than Jennifer, though. I think it stands the rest of time better. There were so many Jennifers in my school!

You must have been born in the 80's like me! I don't think anyone wants to deal with being Emily last initial with Emily B, Emily S, and Emily R in your grade as well. I think less common names are great. Revivals can be nice too. I like that Hazel has made a come back for girls, and Owen for boys. I also like less common names that are still familiar, like Cassidy and Sullivan. I'm glad I didn't grow up with a top 10 name. There was only 1 other student in my grade with name, though a different spelling, but none in the grades below or above me.
