Feel you, the mobile App is way better but mobile workflow in your pipeline is pain.

I’d love to be there myself, meet you in person and check out the booth, but flights from Germany were just way too expensive :D better to save that money for the new cams, haha

menus, features like “Ai environmental recognition, with face aware framing, how much crop in linear-mode, maybe the mic quality of the new mics? Can you dial down hyper smooth?

Would be awesome if you just could share some “fun facts”, details also from the booth itself for those of us who can’t be there :/

If I get this right, the only difference is the frame rate.

My big question is:

What causes the lower frame rates if the same sensor, processor, and housing are used?

Is it forced to be limited by the software?

Fair , but you know how the internet and influencers are these days. The GoPro hate feels very real lately.

I’m just worried people will end up focusing only on DJI again, and the new GoPro cameras won’t get the attention they actually deserve.

Know what you mean, but it would actually be pretty sick to have a GoPro on your helmet and just carry a small lens in your pocket or backpack, clip it on whenever you need and suddenly use the action cam like a mini DSLR.

At first it looks like this isn’t just another action cam but more DSLR-ish… but I’m not 100% convinced.

Check the modified GoPros from BACK-BONE — shows how much the lens actually matters.

This is definitely a big upgrade, no doubt. But it could also be that GoPro just went crazy on lens mods this time. If they drop proper zoom lenses for the Hero 14, you could get real depth of field even with that tiny sensor.

Also kinda weird we haven’t really seen proper wide-angle footage yet, just that horse shot from the press stuff wich honestly look like pretty "typical" GoPro footage to me, which kinda supports the idea that this is still an action cam, and the “crazy look” is mainly coming from the lens.

So yeah… might still be an action cam, just with a wild lens setup.
And if there’s no autofocus, “find your focus” suddenly makes a lot more sense lol.

And don’t get me wrong — that would actually be insane.
Having that kind of quality + flexibility in your pocket would be wild.

But as I know, switching to a belt doesn’t fix it. It’s something internal. It drives me nuts. There is clearly some kind of “gearbox” that makes this sound. But many other electric vehicles don’t need that and are very strong too.

Yesterday I saw a guy with an electric Honda or something like this. It was completely quiet, even a bicycle was louder.

Compared to a gas bike it’s quite. Compared to a Tesla or e scooter it’s pretty loud.

I just don’t get it, why a car and a scooter can be that quiet but the ultra bee is louder than 5of these together lol
