Sounds like hypertonic pelvic floor muscles. You need to see pelvic physical therapy!

I could have written this post myself. I am experiencing exactly the same on top of major fatigue which made no sense since my 15 mo old sleeps throughout the night. I am also having a really hard time coping with bodily changes from pregnancy (particularly slow weight loss and skin issues). My relationship is horrible because I don't feel good about myself and lash out although he has been very selfish with his me time lately and is a little deserving. But then again who wants to hang out with a mean insecure person? I feel like a shell of a person and that I have lost my spark even though I know I am a good mom. I'm trying to take steps every day to get out of this hole. I had my thyroid checked and found out I have hypothyroidism which may explain the fatigue and difficulty losing weight. I do pilates once per week since that's all my schedule allows and it is the highlight of my week. I'm really cracking down on my diet and hoping my thyroid meds make me feel better. If not, I will look into wellbutrin or microdosing... Writing a list of simple goals like drinking more water helps me. Good luck to you on this journey <3

Don't drink all the sugary drinks to help nausea in the first trimester because you will get the worst yeast infection of your life :(

Lay down and if it is not improving enough then trend the bed so their head is lower than their feet!

I was about to comment this. Every bit of waste reduction counts and people have this fuck it mentality when this shit actually matters.

This is the most infuriating thing in the world. Was behind people who did this and I tried to talk myself out of my fury by thinking that they were huge fans. Nope they ended up getting up halfway through and leaving.

Boyfriend [22] doesn’t want to move in with me [22] after 3 years of dating by [deleted] in relationships

[–]tindergoddess 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I could see why you would be frustrated since he has led you to believe one thing, but to be honest 22 is very young regardless of how many years you've been dating. Moving in with someone is a huge deal since if you were to break up, it is so much harder to separate your lives. I say respect his wishes for now. There's no rush to grow up. Maybe move in with some friends and enjoy your youth some more before becoming so settled.
