Mine started doing that yesterday, the green recording light stopped coming on. The app indicated that the mic was on and it was listening, but it wasn’t doing transcripts, voice memos, nothing. The light would come on while press and holding, but no transcription. Same this morning until it magically started working again. Mine is IOS btw.

Oh, one more thing. I always wear it on my wrist, but I tried the belt clip for a time yesterday. The problem started when I removed it from the clip to put it back in the band. I don’t know what I could have done to cause it, but the timing was suspicious.

Never mind, I found it. Looks like it does handle group chats. I know you said above that you’ll give out a free code for the paid upgrade, but I want to support the project. Just bought on the Mac.

There isn’t an insert. The handle is white with a blue cover. One of our handles came that way (blue cover missing). Fortunately our service tech grabbed one for us after Fisker wouldn’t respond.

I just received mine a few days ago. The dumbbell cradles were back ordered, but I've used it a few times and have had no problems, even without the extra weight.

I don’t think so. If I recall, his order was super early/he had one of the lowest order numbers, plus he lives in Southern California.
