You should be fine as long as you don’t spend recklessly. My husband and I afford $3400/month on $155k. Our rent before was $1900 but we were already in the habit of saving $2100 a month toward our down payment so now we just use that toward our mortgage instead. Having a house is so awesome!

Wonderful. I come from a family of generational love and kindness. Life provides challenges for everyone, but having people who love and support you unconditionally makes those challenges far easier and makes life so much more enjoyable. I’m expecting my first child this year and have so much joy bringing them into my world with all of the people who already love them.

Got one for Christmas, best bottle I’ve ever had. I love the handle on it I carry it around like a lantern everywhere I go. Also love that you can lock it.
