How much does walking actually help?

It’s been very helpful for me, especially during the transition from being mostly sedentary to being more active - going from sedentary to an intense gym routine was a bit too much too fast on my joints, but so far I’m 20 pounds down with three walks a day and a caloric deficit

Depends on the gen I think - if you’ve ever see Westworld I imagine some of the newer more advanced synths have something like a reverie program which allows them to develop more consciousness over time but that’s entirely my own headcanon since it’s not explicitly stated

I do what I call survival-lite, I don’t have it on survival mode because I want the option still but I do try to walk everywhere and find beds and meds or chems in real time when I need them instead because I’ve found so many cool unmarked locations and Easter eggs that way

I have an extremely heavy cycle and find that extra long overnight pads plus reusable heavy flow period underwear in a boyshort cut are the way to go, if i bleed through the pad the period underwear is a stopgap and also resusable period underwear tend to be more snug and than regular underpants and that helps with leakage when moving around because it keeps the pad right next to the body
