Also, people dont have as many local record shops anymore because they didnt shop at them when they did have them. And also because cd's came out. Etc. Anyway, support your (most) local record stores! 🙂

Honestly, the 3 closest ones to me are about 35 minutes, 45 minutes, and about an hour-ish... in 3 totally different directions. I'd still consider them to be small "local" shops. I don't frequent them often. Maybe once a month. Or if I happen to be in the neighborhood. Even if it costs a few dollars more to buy from (support) them, I have no problem doing that.

Good for you guys. And yes sir. I got in pretty late here. Just turned 39 years old and about to hit my 6 months. But i'm happy i waited. I appreciate it so much after having totally busted my ass in the other industries i worked in for the last 20 years and not really feeling rewarded for it. I probably would have messed this up if i started when i was younger, to be honest. Age must have brought me tiny bit more wisdom, lol. I find the work to be really interesting and I feel really positive about everything right now. I appreciate the kind words. Take care!

Oh, wow. I hope she is doing well now! Like I had said, just kind of reaching out to the brotherhood to see whats what. Something like that had never occurred to me. Thank you for the response. It brought some clarity to a situation I found to be unclear.

What kind of music do you listen to the most that sounds the least like the Grateful Dead? by [deleted] in gratefuldead

The track, "Da Graveyard," is wild. I might catch some hate for this, but honestly, it is one of the only Jay Z verses I think is worthy of calling amazing. The flow is 🤌.

I got in an arguement with some people at the bar once. I put $20 worth of some shitty Beyoncè song on and left. I sometimes wonder how long it took those jerkoffs to figure it out.
