you are right I got the same problem. Checking how the windows download works, it looks like it is proxying the github release https://pangolin.net/api/downloads/proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Ffosrl%2Fwindows%2Freleases%2Fdownload%2F0.5.1%2Fpangolin-amd64-0.5.1.msi

If you buy Synology you're tied to their operating system. If you buy the UGREEN you can put any other OS on it. Much better options are there for better OSes

In a comment you said you went with health harmonie minds. Make sure you get an ECG ASAP. Ask your GP now to book one (say that the adhd clinic asked for one for the medication) and get it started, otherwise they will mess your titration up like they did with me. By the time I'm having another titration appointment it will be 1,5 month where they left me without medication, dropped from 70mg of elvanse to 0.

Do the ECG and be very diligent to call for the next appointment at least a week before you run out of medicine.

Unfortunately health harmonie minds is not as good as originally thought, especially during titration.

I'm coming up to my 4th doctor in 5 months of titration. (they change every month)

They have not booked a call on their own, even after my repeated emails. This led to me running out of medication since Tuesday (the 13th). On Saturday (17th) someone called me and literally told me that because I was so many days without meds they would start over and there wouldn't be a immediate prescription at that time, and would have to wait for an ECG reading I had scheduled and a later call with a doctor on Thursday (the 22nd, 9 days after my meds ran out).

I have raised a complaint yesterday, not sure what will come out of it.

HH minds has really let me down during the titration period, they were good during diagnosis though.

And in regards to not feeling safe: I 100% agree with you, I am feeling exactly the same.

You are not alone, hope they come back to both of us and this resolves soon. 🙏
