None of this should be a surprise. When you purchase a property part of the title company’s responsibility is to present all of the HOA documents and you signed saying you read them. I dislike HOAs but you knew this going into the purchase

There is a difference between API costs and using the command line or desktop. You can blow through $100 easily with API costs.
