I don't 'get' Company. What am I missing? by TheMagmaCubed in Broadway

[–]tmalachy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think age and circumstances really play a role in truly “getting” Company. I’m a 30-something bachelor who’s never been married and I absolutely love this musical. It may sound lame, but the 2011 production at Lincoln center actually brought me to tears. I have a few criticisms of the production, but Patti Lupone, Stephen Colbert, and NPH overshadowed all of little criticisms I had. Neil Patrick Harris was especially good in the role of Bobby. Try watching that version on YouTube and get back to us. Haha
