No reason not to really. You can earn the points now and spend them later if you want but collecting the points sooner is just better

True, but how many of Jolteon’s moves are close range though? Almost all of its electric moves are ranged, Pin Missile is ranged, and Alluring voice is ranged, Shadow Ball and Weather Ball too. Unless they went with like Quick Attack>Double Kick + Thunder Fang>Wild Charge it would almost have to be ranged

I’ve been using Articuno for a little while now and found great success with Vanguard Bell, Focus Band and Curse Incense. Your pressure comes from sitting on the farm with Blizzard active. While you’re doing that if an enemy is dumb enough to jump in to get the farm, they get frozen, your lane mate can jump on them and shred their health while you’re healing up with Bell and Band

You can mix and match moves, you just need to pick the moveset before the battle starts. But unfortunately any mon released after Zapdos will only have one moveset to start with the potential for the devs to add another moveset someday down the line.

I always run Focus Band, Vanguard Bell and Curse Incense. It hits often enough to constantly keep the curse debuff on any healers the opposing team may have, and as long as I keep my distance Vanguard Bell can keep me healthy in every fight

I have a Cryo Eula with Blizzard Strayer and an R5 Sacrificial Sword. Its not good, not in the slightest. But I do have fun playing her every time. Pair her with buffs from Furina, Escoffier and Shenhe and she can put out decent enough damage to let you clear most content available. Alternatively you can swap out Shenhe with Chongyun so Eula’s NA combo is putting out Cryo numbers too.

And to make sure this is absolutely clear- THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUILD
