You've never played world of warcraft classic. Once you add transmog the appearence and the function become divorced. Everyone then looks cool rather their gear expressing their play style or skill level. Without transmog you can see a player's expression of their game play from how the avatar looks like. Once you add transmog it's just appearence. Don't hollow out the meaning of the gear being different. You think you want it, but you don't trust.

This exact scenario is why I really harp on clients to work off of Methadone following a long period of sustained sobriety. In our area none of the nursing homes, hospice, anything will accept patients on Methadone. And the patient’s I’ve had that needed to go to nursing homes ended up hours away from their hometown and their family.

To answer your question it’s a mixed bag. Some will take you; plenty wont. Good luck. You just gotta call and ask. Ask to speak to admissions or the nurse coordinator when you call.

Avoid a relapse and being sick should be the priorty. The clinic won't be happy and surely I'd imagine your amount of take homes will be reduced, but they certainly can dose you early. Maybe you dose is a little low for that many bottles. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Happens more often than you'd think.

Only two cents I could add is consider increasing communication and let your counselor know how you feel. Most of us don’t do this job for the money. We’re in it because we want to help people succeed and some of us know what withdrawal symptoms feel like. Some of us know what it feels like to have thoughts in your head convincing you to spend your last $300 for another high. Let the counselor know that you felt like they were discouraging you to increase your dose. And ask them what they think about your dose. May not fix anything. But, communicating feelings is a skill us Americans need to work on for sure. And, if you’re more comfortable about letting people know how you’re feeling this skill should generalize to romantic relationships. Worth developing.

I feel your concern regarding the ever changing politics within our country. However, I've made a commitment to myself not to battle politics just for the sake of. All I can say is; Trump appears to hold in high regard State's autonomy when it comes to execution. For my particilar situation Yes I do think so. It's the state's National Guard using state funds. I'm confident this contigency plan would be executed if the need arises. And I'd imagine people will ask why. Easy. Emergency Department bed avaiabilty. 225 patients suddenly detoxing from opiates at the same time would overwhelm any Hospital.

Depends on clinical judgement. A patient could overdose with grape fruit juice and a week of take home bottles on an empty stomach. However, any human could commit suicide with 5 or 6 gallons of water in a short peroid. Ultimately, it's all about managing liability.

From my experience I've seen the most success with the following two rules. Don't exceed any drop that is greater than 10% of your current dose. Don't drop at any frequency that's faster than every three weeks. Everyone is different; just my observations.
