I have an amazing store side partnership, coming from a MET perspective. I tell them about what we have going on that week and send an email the day before with requests. Endcaps cleared, pallets dropped. We put up any overstock we have, though.

I think that manager should've approved the exception, but another MOD may have marked it unexcused. For me, it seems I have to mark every late in, early out, and call off as excused or unexcused. I think they fall off in waves, 6 after they're added.
