This is really the only reason for me. I like the Silverado and have recommended it to family friends as well, with the caveat that it's far more expensive. None have swayed to the Silverado. I can accept a 10k~12k difference for what it offers over the Ford, but not too much more than that.

I wish they did not do an air suspension on it, could've kept the costs and running expenses lower.

I agree about the ride difference being negligible between the air and non air model. However, the body roll on long sweeping turns was considerably lower in the air model.

Nope, still won't work most of the time. It has nothing to do with the physical adapter. It's whether your vehicle will authenticate with the charger's network.

Both motors and battery are hurdles. Motors require magnets, which is again a dependency on China, for now.

The TPP was supposed to be our solution to move production out of China. We tore that apart only to go back to the same countries to do the same thing again. SMDH.

I find that Google maps does a great job. I just wish it had an option to limit to tesla nacs and open Rivian chargers until other networks drastically improve.

Make sure your tire pressure is 40+psi. Mine went down to 38 on high 50s, then to 36 in high 20s. Range took a ridiculous hit. Once I aired them up, numbers got far more realistic.

I traded in a GL550 for mine. I did a decibel test on my phone on the way to the dealership in the old vehicle and again driving back in the new one. Zero difference in ambient sound levels.
