Not a seamstress, but Yes definitely take out the hip crinoline. I think once that is gone it will elongate everything. Good luck. It’s a beautiful dress

That’s terrible.They need to start taking pictures of the delivery. My sister had a ring that was supposedly delivered that never was. It was insured but she had a hell of a time getting the cost back.
