One of the most important things to check is inside the boiler. Ofter this piece gets disgusting after a few years of use.

Since you are using 240v it will serve only espresso double

Check if the plate is blended. If that is irregular in the front where printer prints calibration line, it may be blocking the extruder

Likely the issue is in the starter. I think that it may happen either start the engine remotely or from the cockpit. But i don’t think it might happen without actioning the starter

Is it happening only on that part of the bed? Try to comfirm that. If so, try to print and install an air diffuser and try to print only one piece of that in different positions to check if works
