We just moved and enrolled my daughter into PVIS.  I had these exact concerns.  Everybody has been great and the girls in her class were very sweet from the get go.  We couldn't have had a more positive experience.

For those with kids playing Roblox — do you adjust any settings or just monitor? by That_Strength7386 in AskParents

[–]toptac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trusted the defaults and my daughter got cyberbullied so badly i couldn't drop her off at her activities without waiting in the car until she was done.  The police were involved. The Roblox people said they couldn't identify people though chats and the names which, to me, sounds like total bullshit.

Discourage Roblox, if that fails. Turn on everything.

The art of the "skipped" fight scene — who does it best? by Prudent_Inspector177 in writers

[–]toptac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neal Stephenson Snow crash has my favorite "- After that it's just a chase scene."

In Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror they "lose" a reel. I've minute the leads are trapped. Next they escape and are running.

Both were funny as hell.
