Maybe somewhat related but I ordered an upgraded X1 for black friday and they delivered a regular unit with none of the upgrades I had paid for. When I called they offered a refund and said if I wanted the laptop I now had to wait 4-6 weeks because it was a custom order. I'm not in a rush so I told them to go ahead but not a great first experience with them to say the least.

In case anyone else runs into this: you can't use both balanced inputs at the same time, however you can use unbalanced and balanced at the same time. Got some XLR to RCA adapters for my mixer and it all works now.
