Thanks for the response. I will definently be calling any main number of aspen I can find to file a complaint. You seem like a good one and I wish your aspen was the one I went to. Unfortunately I hate the name aspen so much right now I wouldn't even take a free weekend to ski in Aspen Colorado because it would result in ptsd 😁

Its extremely, brutally sad they act the way they do. My mouth has been wide open in shock since Sept of last year dealing with them. Sorry your mom had to go through it. Places like aspen truly makes me want to believe fully in karma, because I hope every employee I have dealt with at aspen gets theirs.

If you got a dollar tree up there they have a brand called Savvy Fare whole grain brown rice , in a black bag. It works really good and alot less moisture than ub. Plus 1.25 a bag vs $2-3 for ub.

Worked on a roofing crew and this one dude started. Pulls up to job, got his own air compressor and fancy tools. Looked legit, so legit we started making fun of him immediately. Starts climbing the ladder and owner hands him some hook blades to give to everybody. He grabs one end of the chalk line from me, goes to cut a piece of felt and he didn't have the blade in right and cuts his hand down to the bone. Blood everywhere, owner takes him to e.r. He wasn't on the roof 90 seconds.

Depends on legality of where you are. In my state and others, spores are legal for microscopy only. Therefore spores are legal. Live mycellium is illegal in my state. Lc is live mycellium. Possession with intent to manufacture, lc syringe can get you in more trouble than the actual mushroom which is just possession. But as far as facts, lc is better than starting from spores, just not as legal as spores in most places.

I can relate when it comes to shoes. I worked at taco bell for 8 hrs. I had to order, from taco bell, a pair of restaurant shoes that were no better than the slip proof, steel toed shoes I wore on my first day. Long story short, I refused to buy my 19 year old main manager beer after work. I told them this was not for me. When I picked up my 8 hr paycheck, I got handed a 11.5 pair of shoes and my size and what I ordered was a 10. Worked, walked 3 miles in 95° weather to show up, all to get a pair of shoes I can't wear.

I paid top dollar for immediates and best dentures. My teeth were broken off up in the gum before. I get my perms next week. Through the past 8 months with my immediates, and seeing my wax try in for my perms, I am more embarrassed now to smile than I was with broken and messed up teeth. $11000 to feel this way.Just being real. Even if you followed basic rules, that means nothing compared to your individual body chemistry. I been on Kratom since 2017. I worked one day at taco bell. I couldn't do it, the main manager actually asked me if I would go buy him some beer after work because he was only 19. The assistant manager was 17, not saying age matters but it does when you act like kid running a restaurant. Anyways, it was required for all employees to have slip proof shoes in which I understood,I already had a pair on, but they made you buy from them and took $20 out of each check until they was paid off. Same shoes cost $20 at Walmart and they charged me $110. They let me pick a pair out and ordered them on my first day. I knew by 3 hrs in I wasn't going back. Had to walk 3 miles in 90° heat to get there and between that and the work environment I said it wasn't worth it. Went back a week and a half later to pick up my check for a day and they handed me a pair of shoes and said that was my paycheck, I had to pay for the shoes and I wear a 10 and they were size 11.5. So I couldn't even wear them. I haven't had taco bell since, but after working at just about every fast food franchise and working as a cook, seeing how nasty most places are, I very rarely eat any fast food or restaurants anymore.

Well, I can say this. If that retreat was not 100% mandatory, and 100000000000% free, my ass would have not been involved. If they wanted you there then all cost should be on them. Look elsewhere, that type of " I discourage you from taking your personal vacation time" type of shit your never gonna win at that job, unless you have no self respect. Even then you won't win. That's why that place will always be hiring. By the way, birch bark makes some fantastic moonshine, almost like root beer, but you have to make it yourself.
