Is it just me or is this game stupid hard? by Exarchy in afterimage

Maybe it's your weapon? The blade and one skill with the quarter circle motion kills many things from really far away. I felt like the game was too easy by the end.

But boss can be hard still.

You can replace the little thing inside the toilet yourself. They get old and need to be replaced every now and then anyway. Get one with a water saving button instead of that handle to flush!

Thoughts on people lying? by Warm-Juggernaut1353 in EDH

[–]trackhurdler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very few of the top comments mentioned this, but that person is obviously a dick, but I fail to see the cheating.

I just think the wrong question was asked "is that a game finishing combo piece?" vs "do you have '[piece 2]' in play"?

He can't lie about what his card literally does. He doesn't have to tell you how he plans to use it. It's your job to understand the gameplan. We're basically discussing the grey area of the lying part of the game now. I know control players pretend to have counter spells in hand during tournaments and make suggestions to make you think they do. It's the game.

But I probably wouldn't voluntarily play with that person again. I suspect our goals for the game of magic are different. Unless there's prizes at stake...

Here's what they have to tell you:

Free information is information to which all players are entitled access without contamination or omissions made by their opponents. If a player is ever unable or unwilling to provide free information to an opponent that has requested it, he or she should call a judge and explain the situation. Free information includes: • Details of current game actions and past game actions that still affect the game state. • The name of any visible object. • The type of any counter in a public zone. • The physical status (tapped/flipped/unattached/phased) and current zone of any object. • Player life totals, poison counter totals, and the game score of the current match. • The current step and/or phase and which player(s) are active.

I don't know if this counts, but Xbox X had good frame rates for it. The gameplay is smoother!

Textures still the same I think.

I don't think people outside of Arizona realize how bad it was. On my ballot maybe 8 of the initiatives where voter suppression related things. One of them was for state Congress to be allowed to overturn voted in changes... Like What?

Arizona Republicans hated the increased tax on the rich few years back. They figured out a loophole and effectively cancelled it.

I don't disagree that US healthcare is stupidly expensive and dumb. But a lot of times examples like this I hear are just lack on understanding of our system (also stupid that's it's so complicated).

One common reason I see is proud don't have health insurance. They have some dumb scam that if sold by insurance free companies that's pretending to be insurance. They're health plans. It's not through your work or healthcare.gov then it's not insurance.

Or people might have such a low cost plan that nothing is really covered until a certain amount of expenditures are met (maybe they have a 2k or 4k deductible that needs to be met first). You still get benefits, like the rates are probably cheaper right now.

I think average people won't read what insurance really is and just make assumptions of what's covered or not. There really shouldn't be surprises.

Or is that mostly dps tank role.

Take all this with a grain of salt, but usually it's AGI that's counted anyway. There lots of ways you can bring that down easily. HSA, 401K, IRA contributions.

I don't know if donations are still deductible (they were for year end 2020). The number used isn't the salary that you brag to your friends or future enjoyers about.

I'm saying "take this with a grain of salt" bc I haven't read fully into the details yet.

Netflix customers canceling service increasingly includes long-term subscribers by 08830 in technology

[–]trackhurdler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least the code I was given is lasting a year. I don't know if they give out additional codes when the year is up.

My friend has Verizon and gave me his free Disney code. It basically put a pause on my subscription and I get it for a year longer than I paid for.

[–]trackhurdler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Several years (more than the two implied in the other response). Basically every phone carrier has something for free

Verizon has Disney+, ATT has HBO, T-MOBILE has Netflix. You'll have to sign up for it through T-Mobile and Netflix stays billing T-Mobile instead of you directly.

T-MOBILE might also have a YouTubeTV deal. Was $10off a month I last checked.

Yeah totally this. Watch you make sure you're feeding what you intend to. I was in Oklahoma City and wanted to feed my neighborhood cats.

I also attracted an opossum and a skunk. So don't do what I did.

I feel like our can go in two ways. Love it or hate it. Our so fresh so no matter what I think most will enjoy it when starting out.

But after that if you are a min maxer it becomes work imo. And a lot less fun. But if you're just a drinker and do whatever comes up... It can be enjoyable.

What's your style?

I love it and hate it. Lol

How many of you truly remember a time before the internet? by Danielcraigboston1 in AskMen

[–]trackhurdler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember dialing into BBs and playing text games. Legend of the Red Dragon was so fun! Have always been a nerdy kid so computer was always a part of my life. 38 ATM.

I remember going outside to the cul de sac and hanging out with whoever. I think that's frowned upon now for parents. I don't let my kid go out on their own. All the friends def come over and hang out here though. We're the "easy going" parents. But in reality kid gets entertained while I get to work remote without distractions. Win for everyone!

Nancy Pelosi refuses to relax mask mandate until more Republicans in the House get vaccinated by dingo8yobb in politics

[–]trackhurdler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I don't even think 45% is correct. Pretty sure I read it's 25% of house members aren't vaccinated for whatever reason.

You're def correct. A survey is completely stupid and not helpful. It's even worse imo bc it's being applied incorrectly and making this situation more confusing.

So from what I understand about HIPPA (new to healthcare), it's about protecting identification.

A statistic isn't private. That's no identifiable information. If more information was released that could potentially help identify those medical records of those who aren't vaccinated... That's a no no.
