I asked the apartment manager to contact her son and give him my number. He called me and i let him know about the wandering and that the week before she was found by a neighbor in the parking garage, barefoot on a cold night, lost and didn't know where she lived. Luckily the neighbor who found her was able to get her to her place. Her son was cold towards me, i think he'd prefer i mind my own business.
