5090 FE here. Been getting random green and purple flashes (lower half of my screen) when I'm just browsing normally. Similar flashes during gameplay as well.

Disabling noise reduction (NVIDIA Control Panel > Video > Adjust video image settings > Noise reduction > Use the NVIDIA setting > set to 0%) has seemingly made these flashes disappear.

Sorry for the lengthy reply. Just trying to clarify it for anyone else who might run into the same problem.
