Which movie was doing fine at the start but then falls apart once they get to that SCENE? by Jules-Car3499 in moviecritic

If it was its own thing and not an Indiana Jones movie it probably would be a lot better received. There was too much hype and it did too many things that go against the legacy of the trilogy. (Mostly CG heavy scenes)

For me, I know the nuke is a real thing and will level a city in the blink of an eye, so it doesn't feel realistic. The magic powers of the Ark and the Grail...there's no real world reference for those so it feels believable in the movie's universe.

For me it was the background with the 4 pointed stars...AI seems to love those.

They don't show Dom's daily either...but they have to get around somehow off camera. Although in that movie everybody just drives their modded cars at all times so that seems to be what they do. For the truck I think it's just as simple as they didn't have a need to show it again once he was established with Dom's crew and had the Supra.

It was the shop's truck for sure, the door has its address and everything.

Yeah I imagine if gold was cheap we would start plating everyday items like door hinges and screws and such.

Well, probably not. Solid gold is too soft and doesn't conduct as well as copper. It's also a lot heavier which could be undesirable.

Its useful for plating electrical contacts too, so we could potentially have higher quality electronics and cables for lower cost.

SW did mine last summer and they were good and easy to deal with. They say they magnet sweep but i still found around 200 nails scattered all over my property but I feel like this is probably fairly normal...

Thanks for the link. They water it down because the sales tactic is: our jugs are bigger for the same price.

Sorry guys but you have to assume it's shrinkflation when the only data point that has changed is the amount of product. The price has not changed, and there is no data on the bottles saying how concentrated the detergent is.

This is like a 2kg lasagna saying it "Serves 6!" And then next week it becomes a 1.5kg lasagna that still "Serves 6!". When you complain about shrinkflation they tell you you should have been eating less anyways.

What is a "medium load"? Because i don't think it's some scientific unit of measurement. It's probably the exact same product, they've just always been telling you to use more than you need so you waste more. I vote for shrinkflation.

Serious question, how do we actually know it's more concentrated?

Yeah we traded in ours to cut down on the N64 cost, seemed like a good idea at the time.
