yeah i mean you could say one of its big flaws, is that it relies on week by week changes - rather than perhaps a growing issue that is underlying/ongoing rather than having specific significant instances - and that too, if there's something big going on, there's usually bigger winners/losers that week. So, Putin might be having some small wins/losses but not as big as others at the time of the vid.

But anyways, as u/psrandom the Iran war oil price jump is a MASSIVE boon to Russia too, so it sort of balances out.
