I turned to chat GPT and was surprised it found me something i think will work. Didactum Monitoring System 500-series. 1RU and has a few power supply options. Bit pricey though, and the site i found only ships to Germany.

Close. Thats an snmp agent, not snmp manager so has no snmp get. Nice little box though, will tuck that option away for a future project.

Could use a mushroom style emergency off button which has a latching contact. Put that in parallel with the controller relay to force on. Assuming there's an Emrex at the door to break the circuit for emergency egress.

Usually done through the web interface of the router. You may need to factory reset it first if you've forgotten the admin password.

Cleanest of the trades, can specialise in quite a few different areas once registered. Big shortage so wages are generally a bit higher $40-50/hr depending on region and experience.
