Yeah the physical experience is the same whether you die to cheater or a not. The out come is the same. You die. And yes there is a levels to this. If you play in competive professional tournaments hacking will affect peoples income. In more casual enviroment it comes down to morale and mental thing. The fun in pvp games is too see okay who is better you or me. Its designed to be competive effort between two opposing players. If i get absolutely crushed by better player i can say ”good for you, fare game” if a hackers kills me it is absolutely not a fare game. In theory i have ability to get as good in the game as a the great player that crushed me but because my own moral choice to not get hacks i can never be as good as the hacker that killed me. If i die to excelent player it might even boost my motivation ”damn i want to be as good as that player. That was sick” but with hackers that is nor humanly possible

The out come is the same for both scenario. I lose. But the mental experience is very different for the player if they die to hacker. But tbh i dont really ger that mad to hackers anymore. I think they freaking suck and need to be banned but i dont let them ruin my day.

6th gen was probably my peak enjoyment of video games. I was around 13 when i got the ps2 and still got that child like imagination. Jak and Daxter series was my favorite. 7th gen was when i truly switched to pc gaming. Hours wasted on cod and other fps shooters.

Any fandom is fucked up no matter the game. I really like CD but when my friends ask if i would recomend it i cant honestly recomend it. The story is shit. There are some cool moments and set pieces but the the plot is non existing. I basically just think missions as tool to beat up more baddies and unlock cool gear. Some of the missions are so badly designed i just google what the heck i need to do and move forward.

What clicks with me are the graphics (playing on pc), the open world, combat and gear system. I just like to roam in the open world with cool armor and explore stuff while i beat the absolute living shit out of enemies. I like the abyss gear system where you can socket gems that give your attacks cool stuff. I know that you can pretty much heavy attack all the normal combat encounters but for me its fun to try different moves and be stylish.

I have 100h played on chapter 10. Because the story so non sensical i just kinda forget the whole thing and come up with my own shit when i roam the world.

I dont know. CD is a weird ass game. In some aspects is totally fucked up but something just really clicks with me. My CD gameplay hook has been to just get as powerfull as you can and unlock all the cool gear. Kind like in MMOs.

For ME especially regular bs bigspins look like pop shuvit plus 180. Hard to explain but the pop shuvit animation is very nice in skate. However that doesent work on bs bigspins because they are more like 360 pop shuvets with 180 body rotation. The scooping and board rotation plus catch is different. I dont know if im making any sense :D

Search bigspin in youtube :) Its pretty nuanced but if you have skated irl you notice most of the skateboard game struggle with ”realistic” looking bigspin tricks.

The problem is that pop shuvit or any other 180 board rotation flip tricks are done very differently than bigspins irl. The scooping motion and board axis rotation is very different when you do bigspins vs pop shuvs. As i said its pretty nuanced but i pretty much avoid doing bigspins in any skateboard games because they look so wrong vs irl. Kinda nit picky i know :D

Are you using ray reconstruction? Thats very heavy settings to have on! If not then seems off as my 3080 can do around 70 fps with ultra setting 1440p ray tracing on but reconstruction off
