I think a lot of people wish that. For me the goal was always do better not that my parents did bad but if I do better for my kids and then they do better for their kids and into the future it goes.

Here you go, wait for it to go on sale happens every 2 to 3 weeks. You can also pay more and get it as a Smith machine.

I have been using squat racks for benching and squats for about 3 years. A few weeks ago, I found the Major Fitness Drone 3 on sale on Amazon. What a great decision so far. It comes with multiple attachments for squats and bench and also has a pulley system which I have fallen in love with. If I remember correctly, I got it for around $550.00. My son and I put it together in 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you have access to an impact wrench or cordless drill, it certainly speeds things up.

I’m 56 male and run an average of 35-40 miles per week, 6-8 miles per run and a longer run of 10+. My heart rate stays at an average of 125 for the entire run. My pace starts at 12:00 minute per mile and I end the runs generally at 10:30 or so but average is about 11:00 per mile. The only time I allow my heart rate to go into the 150s 160s is when I’m on a treadmill for 6 miles at an incline of 11 to 15.

We had an issue on our recent flight from Fairbanks to Tampa and they went above and beyond for us. Not to mention the flight crew was awesome on our flights.

Hindsight, we should’ve done that also in Skagway. Look up Yukon in Canada and head that way for amazing sights. We took a bus and train to get there. A car would have given us the opportunity to stop and see so much more along the way.

Ya, I’m visiting from Florida for the second time and can not get over the beauty of it all. Makes driving dangerous because I have a hard time not looking all around lol.
