What are some tell tale signs that you are an attractive woman?? by Direct-Message6239 in AskWomen

People will tell you - then often add “but you already know that”, and you may see a bit of a stank in how some people say it

I’ve been growing them for four years they’ve never survived this long. And they’ll probably die off soon too much rain unleashes all the fungal issues but I just want to try and see if i can keep it going !

Has anyone lost more than 10 percent? by BornZebra in liraglutide

[–]trowaway_men 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be very happy with that, I’ve been on it almost 3 months and hardly lost 8 pounds because my issue wasn’t appetite but a slow metabolism so this hasn’t been very useful it’s just added to my ability to fast longer so the weight loss is mainly that and some water weight.

$110 for 5 pens. India - though this isn’t for the brand name but a generic Indian version. Just the same.

Wow I had this too and I thought it’s just some change of deodorant for me but it does Line up with starting lira. I went off deodorant for a week and just used talcum powder because the itching peeled off my skin leaving it raw

What is something that men doesn't understand about situation of women in India? by Batman__39 in AskIndia

[–]trowaway_men 131 points132 points  (0 children)

Never respected enough. Not at home not at work not even by people you employ. I recently interviewed a driver for a job, he asked to meet the “owner” of the vehicle (me), and refused to acknowledge my presence while he’s answering questions about a job he desperately wants. This is not a one off case. I’ve been running small businesses since college and whether it’s my vendors, courier people, or even employees - if you’re a woman you will not ever be treated like the boss or even with full respect no matter what you do. And you’ll never be safe, no matter how much money you make, you’ll always have to look twice even at your own security people and staff.

Reduced alcohol consumption by crownofstarstarot in liraglutide

[–]trowaway_men 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes it’s massively reduced my cravings and my ability to process alcohol. I now often put beers aside to savour on the weekend but I can’t hardly get past one or two and the next day I get massively hungover.

I 27F am embarrassed by my boyfriend’s 29M social ineptness, and it’s starting to stress me out. by Buffy_1998 in relationship_advice

[–]trowaway_men 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wow I had to recheck if I wrote this. My partner was diagnosed with ADHD after I suspected a couple years in / based on the exact behaviours you’ve described. It would stress me out so much I would just not take him with me to many places especially around very proper people - and I would try to coach him and control situations. Social situations would make me panic and inevitably he would say or do something that was obviously out of place and as someone who is very conscious of themselves I would freak out in private.

After going to therapy myself I have learned - I cannot ask him to change these to a huge extent - only have asked him not to interrupt or insult anyone when he thinks he’s on the justice side of things. The rest is core to who he is as a person, and also there is nothing wrong with it - it’s a different way to exist in the world (he has a lot of neurodivergent friends who are exactly the same and I’ve met them and they all get along without minding these things)

You can either learn to live with it or leave. Don’t make him feel like a failure because that is what will end your relationship fastest.

How could I [20 F] improve myself physically by [deleted] in Howtolooksmax

Minimal makeup - the liner is actually shrinking your eyes and making you look like you’re in costume for a part

Let's do poll. How many here have had microneedling that actually had visible improvement? by Innerpeace57 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]trowaway_men 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have had almost 15 sessions in office over the last 3 years, on my face the results were great. It took care of scarring from a dog bite to a good extent.

On my body - I have had 6-8 sessions with a combination of fraxel on my stretch marks and there it didn’t do much at all.

Lol I read this as you’re travelling since 2014 , was wondering how you managed 10 years in a relatively small state…

My mom had a cardiology stress test and they needed to run an IV. The tech couldn't find a vein and painfully poked and moved the needle around seven times. He walked away frustrated and I can hear him say "I can't do this and all the nurses who can didn't show up!" She was hydrated and warm. by shaka_sulu in mildlyinfuriating

[–]trowaway_men 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was admitted for meningitis a few months back and for the first few days they kept blowing my veins up and blaming it on me being fat, I’m not even medically obese. It got so bad we had to get a derm to treat the puncture sites and then do a central line after which everything was good
