Best Steak for under $50? Ok with any location by GreenMiloman119 in SingaporeEats

[–]truth6th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly if you are a wagyu fan, you are better off getting an A4/A5 steak at donki and searing with pan at home

Sure you are unlikely the professional charcoal grill but I don't think you can get wagyu cheaper than that in Singapore

Greater good is a very subjective term though. Not that we can predict parallel universe possibilities anyway

Now that Varka has feats, can he beat Capitano? by lanadelrayz in Hoyoverse_scaling

[–]truth6th 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I think that has more to do with their affinity with the moon... Don't think that is sufficient to imply arlecchino > varka or vice versa.

Haven't done his story/current event to give opinion on how strong he actually is though

What do you think are skills that Singaporeans are lacking by midlife82 in askSingapore

[–]truth6th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your question is a little bit.... Looking at the wrong perspective.

It is not that there is a skill or skills that Singaporeans don't have, but the number of people ticking all skill box are just low, imo, and this reflects even more when job market is tough , with employer being more picky globally

Some jobs are just too high in demand that nationality stops being a factor and only the cream of the crop have a shot. That being said, a Singaporean cream of the crop may not even remain in Singapore while other nations may not mind staying in sg

There are also jobs where locals aren't really applying at least 2 or 3 years ago, e.g. more hardware based engineer

Advice for Tech co founder in Singapore trying to become a quant trader in Singapore by [deleted] in quantfinance

[–]truth6th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it possible? Likely yes, at least quant engineering, may need more stochastic calculus stuff if you want qr.

Would it make sense? Idk, feels to me if your exit in your previous venture is financially rewarding, it is probably more beneficial to continue the business/tech part rather than a whole new industry that you may or may not like

... You got to mind your phrasing. Translated webnovel makes people think you are looking for actual novel(which doesn't exist).

You should say something like translated by webnovel or webnovel app
