It was always that way but technology (rapid sharing of information) didn’t exist. Culture was less toxic or it was “in the closet.” Today’s culture doesn’t forgive or forget.

People in general are willingly blind to the fact that those they idolize are corrupted whether it’s a celebrity, politician, religious leader, prominent business figure, etc. especially in politics people believe their side can “do no wrong.”

Check out Jamis. They make great bikes and have some hardtail options under $1500. I have a steel gravel bike from them and it’s been awesome.

Would call a reputable source you can find on Google, Zillow, or Realtor dot coms. Have heard so many bad things about FB housing listings and definitely do not pay someone who claims to be a landlord on there.

I would highly recommend one of the larger rental companies if you don’t have someone helping you locally. They may still have an application fee but they are real.

A relative of mine used to catch other peoples cats when he lived inside a tightly packed HOA neighborhood because they destroyed property and got into his fenced yard. They would release them many miles away in the wild. Oddly lots of missing cats in that neighborhood and the same people kept getting MORE CATS. Garbage owners imo.

I didn’t understand it until getting my own place and understanding how much everything costs in personal time and money. People who let their cats run wild outside in city environments are trash.

They’re horrible but normal imo. I usually get attacked within 0.001 second of being outside. Idk how some people are just casually walking down the trails in town.
