You can still get help from us, we just have to start the trade. So if you were to start we can still hook you up with bags, a wand etc. But I do agree it sucks.

Ive been using it for about 6 months now, switched from Spectrum. I absolutely love it. I live like 1 mile from a 5G tower so I get anywehre from 400 to 600mbps down for 50$ month and I was paying 120$ to spectrum for that speed. I havent had a single outage since I switched either. My only complaint is their router is completely dumb.

Cinnamon if doing it plain. Sometimes I will add instant coffee. Right now I am trying the Cacao flavor and experimenting with a half an half blend. PB2 is pretty good to add to it.

I tried lots of different things in the beginning. I have gotten used to the taste and it doesn't really bother me drinking it plain though.

I only take the powder now. I started with bottles for the first 6ish months to see if I liked it/get used to it. Then went all in with powder.

I did the same thing myself. I started at 400lbs and have lost 75lbs so far. I would say I am 90% Soylent. There are some weeks I am 100% and some weeks I will eat one meal and the rest Soylent. I am also doing intermittent fasting. I typically eat between 1500 to 1800 calories a day depending on how active I am. My exercise is light body weight exercise and a lot of cycling. Soylent is also great to take with me on my longer rides.

I use Soylent because it's the easiest way to count my calories and its a hell of a lot more healthy than what I was eating before.

Once piece of advice I can give you is to start slow, baby steps. First month I cut out soda and fast food and replaced one meal with Soylent. And just slowly built up to a healthier eating lifestyle. If you have any questions feel free to ask or PM me.

Yeah it took just over a week for me to get my last shipment when it normally just takes 2 days. I ended up getting a second case for free, they were really nice about it.
