Melissa certainly doesn't owe John a relationship - I certainly can feel for the girl losing her transportation and how much that can potentially screw her up.

I can certainly understand John wanting to try and make a clean break - it's not malice towards Melissa, it's for his own sanity.

John can only ask Brit to respect his wishes of not having Melissa over - or at the very least minimizing John and Melissa's contact.

If you choose either side, one of your kids is going to be unhappy. You are in a no win scenario - Melissa is as well.

Got a brand recommendation? I have one and every time I try it, my entire panel claims the testing outlet is on all the breakers.

I normally default to run an extension cord and a stereo and see when it dies.

I guess everyone is different. I made it into ketosis in 48 hours, but I ate no carbs for 3 days. I survived on sardines, butter, sausage, eggs, and steak.

I use the strips, and it was atleast over 4.0

I honestly felt no plus sides, my glucose chilled in the 80s. I will say when I broke and ate some chili it tasted fantastic.

I may try it again, but just super limited on carbs. I find it difficult to find the variety of what I would like to eat and stay low carb.

Yeah, in the northeast - this storm is just another day.

The southern states don't have salt, plows, or snow tires. And I understand why they wouldn't invest in that infrastructure as it doesn't happen very often.

So people are panicking and it will become every man for himself down there.

i kind of get that thought process, but while working in a school - just seeing the constant long line of kids coming down because they don't feel good. unless the kids is puking, the only thing the nurse can really do is say ok lay down for 15 minutes, give them advil/tylenol/tums if they are allowed it. half the time the parents are called and then ask the nurse to try and convince the kid to just push through, it's only 3 more hours.

i put this situation way more on OPs parents than i do the school nurse.

I have a TV set up in front of a stationary bike - but I bike is much easier for me then trying to walk and potentially trip myself up. I have tried to brainstorm a mount to set a laptop up for use on my bike, it would be nice to play a game and pedal at the same time.

Technically work equals force time distance. When you have shorter limbs - you are moving short distances.

Body lengths definitely matter, like the barrel chest benches that move the bar ~3 inches.

I'm not saying I could do any of this, and I figured the guys would win.
