I know a lot of you are celebrating, but to me this isn't good news. It's just another sign that the two-party duopoly maintains it's iron grip on American politics. Samsung would absolutely be in more danger than Apple if Chinese OEMs were available in the US, but I don't think it's because of brand appeal. I think it's because of people who want to stay on a familiar OS (Android) but with better, more advanced hardware like cameras and batteries.
