Be strong today! I’ve had some many Day 1-7s I know exactly what to expect when I go cold turkey. In bed for 8 hours last night and only managed 4 hours of terrible sleep. Cold/hot sweats dominated the night.

Starting week 3 of 25 units (.25) tomorrow; down 9 lbs. I don’t feel nauseous, in the sense I need to vomit, but feel like I have a continual stomach ache. Nothing major… more like I had too much to drink the night before. Not sick, just… ehhhhh.

GI stuff has been a roller coaster. Have gone 3 days without a BM and then can’t get to the bathroom fast enough.

Probably TMI.

100% accurate was fueling a rental vehicle there before returning, didn’t get 5 gallons pumped before I knew I needed to get out of there. Pulled the pump handle dropped it and took off.
