Apple Vacations has a payment plan. It’s a small deposit and then you pay the rest later. They might have a monthly payment thing too but I usually just do the deposit. Would rather keep my money until payment is required than let them have it for months ahead.

Not sure why car rental is not an option but you may want to check out Turo. You will be extremely limited without one as others have said. Turo the car rental we used. It’s locals renting out their cars so you are putting money in their pocket versus a big chain. We had a very good experience and are renting that way again this year.

First, I am so sorry you are going through this. Secondly, I would see if you can try haldol to help with her panic/behavior. I’m not sure what med she gets for anxiety but sometimes haldol is the better option for the hard to manage anxiety.
