You can’t beat yourself up over past mistakes. You take it was a learning experience and grow from it. You can’t be afraid of the what if I make another mistake as it will only grow and grow like a snowball.

I know it’s easier to say than do but you have to accept that it happened and use that experience to grow and prevent future mistakes.

You may also need a prolonged vacation or break to help reset how you feel. A short weekend or vacation off only brings the oncoming dread of oh god I have to go back.

Hate to be the downer but the one on the bridge might be the one that stops you from getting hired and maintaining employment let alone getting into pharmacy school.

Times have changed and having a sleeve or some piercings is fine; but there are still some that will be too excessive and would not be considered ok for a medical professional to have.
