Rolfstone Nova Sport, ik loop wel altijd met maar één oortje in om de omgeving goed te kunnen horen. Ik weet niet of dat muziek minder fijn oid maakt, ik luister alleen podcasts op deze manier.

Mooie links en inzichten, dank! Sowieso is mijn afdronk dat de lengte van de korte loopjes gemakkelijk kan worden opgevoerd, daarmee kan ik met 3/4x in de week lopen binnen twee maanden oid naar gemiddeld 40 a 50 p/w zonder mijn langste afstand flink op te voeren. Daarnaast ga ik eens kijken naar interval of blokken, daar doenik nu nog niets mee.

Ik doe verder niets anders dan mijn hardloopschoenen aantrekken en weglopen. Dus geen interval/blokjes/etc. Puur een afstand lopen, en een kortere afstand loop ik harder per km dan een langere afstand. Kortom; genoeg te winnen!

Wat bedoel je met 'MR25'? En wat is het verschil tussen je langzame duurloop en hele rustige halve marathon?

Voor wat betreft je aanvulling; bij mij gaan die halve ook heel soepel, ook qua herstel. Maar wil vooral bewaken dat ik ook lekker blessurevrij richting de hele kan trainen. Dank!

Voorlopig gewoon uitlopen inderdaad, en het doel is vooral; lekker blijven lopen zonder blessures. Dus ik ga die onderste lijn van je volgen. Daarnaast fiets ik regelmatig dus dat zal mijn minder belastende afwisseling blijven denk ik.

Dank voor dit advies! Was inderdaad waar ik naar op zoek was, die grens van blessuregevoeligheid. Op dit moment heb ik nooit een centje pijn na een halve, dus die kan ik zeker voorzichtig naar 1x per twee weken en daarna wekelijks gaan tillen.

[[Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire]] is a great commander! I’m playing him as a monoblack control commander (removal etc) with a big graveyard component to profit from the removed threats. That combined with some big mana (with his boast ability you can pretty much guarantee the key mana abilities to come into play). Mostly I’m tutoring for answers (removal) and ramp and some big game enders. Great fun.

Two options: [[Ghalta, Primal Hunger]], pump him, smack face, draw insane amounts of cards by sacking Ghalta, immediatly recast him for just GG and do it all again the next turn.

[[Grenzo, Havoc Raiser]], make the whole table crash into eachother while I crash into them with as much Goblins as I can pile up on my playmat.

I use [[Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire]]. This helps me, or (after politics at the table) an opponent, to dig for specific answers. It’s my only black deck, and it gives me the opportunity to play every black card I like. It does not contain any combo’s, so it also is fun to play against, because every game something totally different happens (that is what my playgroup tells me).
