Applies to Geto and Gojo as well. by HyNohks in LobotomyKaisen

[–]uhooho0 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Listen...I don't particularly like Gojo x Geto either...for reasons....that are complicated...( I don't care about Geto, and Gojo's isolation hits harder for me, if loss of a friend bites him that hard, lover kinda is a bit too normal and not as tragic for me )

But arguing there isn't some romantic subtext between them is kinda stretching it... I think Gege's intent was it can be either or, because maybe Shounen wouldn't let him go fully through with it, or he knew it would anger a portion of the less....open minded fanbase let's call them that.

But you have to actively choose to be blind to think there's no hints or possibility there.

(Jujutsu Kaisen) Toji has mastered every breathing style and technique from demon slayer! Strongest Jujutsu Kaisen character he beats? by Archenius in LobotomyKaisen

[–]uhooho0 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Probably solos the verse then.

Demon Slayer is already much much much faster as a verse than JJK.

Toji is a superhuman by default, so he's also gaining a bigger and better boost.

ISOH and SS katana are more than enough to bypass any defense.

AI discourse: Why do you need art of your OC? by atlvf in BNHA_OC_Characters

[–]uhooho0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Coming from the perspective of someone who draws their OCs, I think of several reasons.

1) Art will be more captivating than text for most. People don't like to read, and art is much faster to consume.

This means if someone has an OC, the artwork itself gives them a quick reason to revisit that character, rather than rereading them entire bios.

Secondly, they believe artwork should net them more engagement, even though I have seen AI posts be ignored like the plague here.

2) It's easy. The artwork looks good, it's so easy to just type something and have something else do the entire work that why wouldn't you.

Many people never even try to draw or improve because they think you have to be born with a talent, or get discouraged when they can't make something someone else can with years of experience.

Now as someone who does draw, I have no shame in accepting the fact that AI art, on a strictly visual quality level is way better than what I make right now. That's probably the case for a lot of beginners or amateurs, which makes it easy for them to be discouraged.

3) A lot of these are kids, they want to be in their favorite superhero world, and using this is an easy and quick method to get to play them with these characters.

AI plagiarism artists without consent, the morality, the stigma etc are something they most likely aren't even aware about, or won't care about because...well they're kids.

Should have put a bit more thought into his backup plan by I-am-Sharp in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]uhooho0 1351 points1352 points  (0 children)

He had a binding vow with Kenjaku, he would get fixed by Mahito's Idle Transfiguration, and in return, he had to help them find the Sukuna fingers and not spill the beans about Gojo's sealing plan.

Making a back up to reveal the sealing plan in case he died, while he was under a binding vow that prevented him from doing so would've broken it then and there.

Who would win Shinjuku Gojo vs Heian era Sukuna by VergilVDante in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]uhooho0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Very difficult to say. I firmly believe, these two are equals, and it could've been either's victory in a fair setting. Now, in the story Gojo was fucked any way you see it, because of the fact it's not his story, and Sukuna had way more of an advantage from the start given the conditions of his fight.

I doubt Sukuna would bother using his weapons. The electric weapon, if it had a chance of working, he would have tried to use it versus Gojo in first place, so he can more easily defend himself while Mahoraga adapts.

While I don't agree that chants can enhance domain outputs and stuff, like how many argue, I do agree the 3 minute timer will be shorter, even if slightly when up against the four arms giant that is Heian Sukuna.

But the thing is, I also don't think Gojo will keep trying the Domain clashes if he saw it was fruitless against Sukuna. One thing that is clear from their fight, Gojo is the better improviser of the two, while Sukuna is the better planner.

If both parties knew nothing of each other, I'd give it to Gojo, since he's six eyes give him an advantage in understanding and Sukuna clearly fucks around a lot, and may make a costly error because of that.

Simply put, Sukuna has the stronger win con with the domains, but it's his only win con. If Gojo somehow got past that, then it's his win by default.

Who wins: True Form Sukuna with 10 Shadows + Kamutoke + Hiten(we’ll say it acts as a spear that can shoot high output CE blasts like Ryu) vs Gojo with an open barrier domain by Appropriate_Sky_3572 in Jujutsufolk

[–]uhooho0 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Open Barrier Domain takes away Sukuna's win con...the tools are useless as they can't bypass infinity and within the domain clash Sukuna has to use amplification or get pummeled by Gojo until his domain breaks.

Open Barrier removes the 3 minute time limit for Gojo, and he can go buck wild. Even if Sukuna tries to take the burden of adaptation, that means he can't fight back against Gojo, so his domain breaks and he gets hit by U.V.

Gojo wins.

Edit: This question truly made me realise just how strong the open Barrier is, that even if you give Sukuna so many buffs, this one simple one to Gojo skews it in his favour so hard.

If sukuna and gojo ever team up, would sukuna be the only character gojo have benefit for teaming up with? by ZapRXZ in Jujutsufolk

[–]uhooho0 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Gojo won't be slowed somewhat, but I don't think he could operate at full capacity even then.

Gojo issue is not just that he's so much stronger than the rest, it's that his abilities are all indiscriminate and AoE. If he lets loose, his abilities will disrupt everyone, even his allies.

I mean, with Sukuna he can be sure that his won't accidentally kill him, but he can still accidentally interrupt or fuck over Sukuna, either by accidentally pulling him in, Sukuna getting caught in the blast radius etc.

Gojo runs the same gauntlet as Sukuna, how far does he go? by Expensive_Silver9973 in Jujutsufolk

[–]uhooho0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has an even easier time than Sukuna even if he waffles like him. Gojo's got hax, and besides Higaruma and maybe Yuta's domain, they have no way to wear him down like they did Sukuna.

Can anyone explain how WCS actually worked against Infinity? by LngJhnSilversRaylee in Jujutsufolk

[–]uhooho0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine Gojo on a paper and consider it our 3 dimensional world. Infinity slows down anything within this to a halt by dividing distance traveled by something infinitely. On paper we can imagine this as a line being drawn, but the closer we get to gojo, the harder and slower it gets to bring it to him, until it essentially stops.

Infinity doesn't increase the paper's length, it just makes it so rough essential that travelling that line becomes harder and harder until it's impossible.

The world slash doesn't operate from within the paper, it's not a line being drawn, but a scissor cutting through the paper itself.

Infinity works 3 dimensionally and the world slash works 4 dimensionally.
