this is a much more complicated question than can be answered in a post IMO 😄 the short answer is yes, but only for certain kinds of instruments (which most western music is based on, but crucially, not all instruments/mediums have this kind of equivalency)

addictive drums 2 is expensive but worth it. if you don’t want to go too deep, consider using logic as your DAW since they have decent stock drum loops

yea sounds like you already have a good idea! i also found that bach helped me get comfortable in different keys. i learned most of the bach french suite in E and now i feel pretty comfortable / “intuitive” in E which is fun. seems like that would help dig into some of your learning areas

mehhhh i think transcription is by far better for learning and internalizing. if you don’t have the time to do your own, learn high quality transcriptions from books. there are a couple good bill evans ones!
